Expert Witness Surveyor in Lincoln & the East Midlands
Independent RICS chartered surveyors acting as expert witnesses in property disputes — boundary and party wall matters, building defects, dilapidations and professional negligence — with clear, court-ready reports.
What is an expert witness surveyor?
An expert witness surveyor is a chartered surveyor instructed to give independent, impartial expert evidence in a property dispute. Our overriding duty is to the court, not to the party who instructs us — and every report is prepared to comply with CPR Part 35 and the RICS Practice Statement.
We can act as a party-appointed expert or as a single joint expert for both sides, providing clear, well-evidenced opinions that help resolve disputes — whether they settle or proceed to court.
